MoneyMap provides professional digital services including business audits, operational architecture development, financial analysis, efficiency evaluation, and consulting support. All services are delivered remotely and consist of intellectual work, analytical research, custom documentation, and strategic recommendations developed specifically for each client. This Refund and Returns Policy defines the conditions under which a client may request a refund, how refund requests are evaluated, and which circumstances qualify or do not qualify for reimbursement.
MoneyMap operates under a transparent professional model, where each order requires allocation of expert labor, analytical resources, time, and project development capacity. Because our services are digital, non-tangible, and often customized, refunds are not granted automatically and may only be issued under well-defined and justified circumstances. By submitting payment, the client confirms acceptance of this policy, acknowledges the nature of the services, and agrees to the terms and conditions listed below.
Refund requests may be evaluated and approved only when valid and documented grounds are present, including but not limited to the following situations:
• Failure to deliver the service within the agreed deadline, unless an extension was mutually confirmed in writing and justified by both parties.
• Significant deviation from the service description or defined project scope, resulting in a deliverable substantially different from what was advertised or contractually agreed upon.
• Non-execution of work after payment, meaning no analysis, documentation, drafts, internal research, or deliverable progress has been initiated for the client.
• Technical issues caused by MoneyMap, preventing the client from accessing deliverables, provided such issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
• Duplicate payment for the same order, processed due to banking or technical error.
The following circumstances do not qualify for refunds under this policy:
• Change of decision, loss of interest, or change of business direction after work has begun.
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations when the service has been delivered in alignment with the scope, standards, and structure publicly stated or agreed in writing.
• Project delays resulting from missing input, incomplete information, or late responses from the client.
• Requests submitted after full delivery of reports, documentation, analysis files, strategic mappings, or final project materials.
• Situations where the client misunderstood the service scope due to incorrect assumptions not supported by written descriptions.
To request a refund, the client must submit a written notice via email or official support form, stating: date of purchase, service title, invoice or transaction reference, detailed reason for the request, and supporting evidence if applicable. MoneyMap reserves the right to request additional clarification or documentation while reviewing a refund claim. Each case is evaluated individually based on factual accuracy, adherence to policy, and service execution progress.
The average review period for refund requests is 7–21 business days, depending on case complexity, availability of documentation, and the degree of project completion. If a refund is approved, funds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase, subject to standard financial processing timelines. In cases where only part of the service has been completed, MoneyMap may authorize a partial refund, calculated proportionally to the amount of work already delivered, including research, analysis, documentation, modeling, or written recommendations.
MoneyMap adheres to strict professional standards, maintains fair evaluation practices, and values transparent business relationships built on mutual responsibility. Our commitment is to deliver high-quality service, clear communication, and measurable operational outcomes for every client. By purchasing services from MoneyMap, the customer confirms understanding and acceptance of this Refund and Returns Policy and acknowledges the rules under which refund requests may or may not be approved.
